This beautiful villa is situated in Mougins close to the old town and with 20 minutes drive to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Nice airport is a mere 30 minutes drive. It is situated in a quite prestigious residential area.
Accommodation :
One enters the villa and are welcomed into the lounge area with large fireplace and area for watching television. This bright and airy room opens out to the terrace and takes full advantage of the fantastic sea view. The dining room seats 10 and leads through a small office into the kitchen. This first kitchen has a large gas oven with inbuilt microwave and fridge freezer. This then leads out to the outside kitchen with ample cupboard space and gas hobs, grill, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. This in turn leads out to the BBQ area with large dining table which allows you to fully enjoy the outside living.
